pets talk: How Would I Know

Pidan the Black Toy Poodle sat in his owner’s arms, looking at Miss Dolito. His owner said that he wanted to know if Pidan was happy about his daily lives.

We waited for a short while until Pidan started talking. He said, “I’ve prepared for this for a long time.”

The owner laughed and told us that he told Pidan that he will be talking to Miss Dolito since the day he got the appointment and it was about 2 years ago.

pets talk: Have Another Dog

When I get sick or down, I always feel better after hugging my dogs. They’d look a bit confused because they know I’m not in my usual mood but they don’t know why. Still, once they find that I’m unhappy they’d try very hard to cheer me up. I’m really glad I have them as family members. 🙂

Today I want to share a story where the pet really put his owner first. This dog was named Hua-Luen, an obviously aged Shih-Tzu. His first words to the owner was: “I’m old. So are you.” The owner smiled. No woman would like to be said old, but it was fact.

pets talk: Abuse

I hope you’re not getting nervous seeing this title. I got nervous when I saw it, but then I found out it was just a funny conversation between pet and owner. The adorable Pug is named Kong-Long-Mei. This name in Mandarin has the image of girls that are not slender or pretty. It would be rude to call a girl like that,but Kong-Long-Mei accepts it as her name pretty well.

Kong-Long-Mei sat in front of Miss Dolito with a big smile. She said, “I want to eat fried food.

pets talk: I Want to Visit Him

I’m not sure about other countries, but in Taiwan, the weather changes drastically recently and a lot of people get sick as a result. There are even old people dying because of the changeable weather. I just want to say take care to every one that’s reading this now because I believe this change wouldn’t just happen in a small island. So, everybody takes care.

A lady brought A-Fu the Chihuahua here with a beautiful pet carrier. A-Fu was shaking a little, so she just let him stay in the carrier and talk.

pets talk: Live Our Own Life

Lots of my friends talk about their relationship, asking for advice, but only few of them will listen. I always think it’s weird that some people choose not to break up even if there’s a third party or violence involved. But, indeed, love can be one of the hardest thing to understand or to explain. The story I’m gonna share today can be seen as an example, I think. Not that I love to talk about broken relationship of others, but I like how the pet comforts the owner because that ‘s exactly what I’d say to my friends.

Babe the Chihuahua, wore a sad face when she was brought to visit Miss Dolito. And it was clearly not just her problem because the owner’s face looked even sadder.

pets talk: Get Dressed Up

Xiao-B the Maltese was taken to Miss Dolito by a pretty girl. She had a boyish name but was just as pretty as her owner. When they first got here, she refused to leave her owner’s arms. So the owner held her throughout the conversation.

We waited for Xiao-B to start. She looked quite shy; we thought it was going to take a while, but then she just began to talk.

pets talk: I Ran Away

I remember when I was little there was a movie about the adventure of runaway animals. I’m not sure about the whole story but I remember the animals were running away because they were about to be sent to a butchery. In real life, when it comes to ‘runaway kids’ we usually think of human, and when we saw stray animals we tend to think they’re lost or abandoned. But sure there are ‘runaway pets’ as well in real life. Dan-Dan the Schnauzer and Yorkshire Terrier mix dog is an example.

pets talk: I Hate Kids

I hope it’s not too late to say Happy New Year. For people in Taiwan it’s not too late because we’ll have a Lunar New Year at the end of this month and that’ll be the beginning of the Year of Horse.:)

Today I want to share a short story of Yabe the Maltese because a large amount of pets would agree with him, and I think it’s necessary to remind their owners to pay more attention. Read the rest of this entry »

pets talk: Almost Got Killed

The weather in Taiwan is really changing. Not just changing ‘from autumn to winter’, but changing through years. We sometimes feel really hot today and the next day, it becomes really cold. It wasn’t usual for a small island surrounded by seas, but it’s just the way it is now. And that’s why almost every one around me gets sick… I’m the lucky one to stay healthy for now. Hope the luck will go on!

Today I want to share the story of a Beagle named GIGI. She got a shiny smiling face that made all of us assume she was going to say something really sweet. Let’s see what happened! Read the rest of this entry »

pets talk: Not Too Short

Do pets care about their looks? They do. Some of them care about how they look even more than I do about my look.  The interesting part is that, they don’t always share the same style with their owners.

Harry the Yorkshire Terrier, looked very elegant with his nice pet clothes and well-trimmed long coat. The owner must take him to pet saloon often and made a lot of effort to keep him that pretty.
