Dolito’s pets talk: For Safety’s Sake

on July 2, 2013

I have a good news to share before today’s story begins. Chiou-Chiou the Persian Cat in this post is said to have gained energy. His owner left comment on our blog (the one written in Mandarin Chinese) and said that he’s fine now (and that the vet wasn’t scamming her). I’m so happy to see that.

(Below is the translation of Miss Dolito’s blog. I stands for Miss Dolito.)

Mow-Mow was bitten by other dog in the hotel. Now that his wound has been stitched up and he should feel much better now.

But since he got bitten, he hardly got up from the floor, which worried me a lot.

So I went to him today and tried to encourage him to get up, but he didn’t react. Later he lifted his head and rolled his eyes at me. He said, “For safety’s sake, I’ll not move unless the enemy move first.”

Mow-Mow can barely see things now, and is lacking in sense of security. He decides not to move after the bite. We now have to do more to take care of him and protect him from other dogs.
