pets talk: We Won’t Talk

on October 26, 2012

If you have read enough articles from this blog, you may find some patterns in pets’ speech. For instance, they are usually straightforward; they’re simple and some of them are a little bit traditional. But I’m not sure whether I have told you or not: pets do lie sometimes.

According to Miss Dolito, pets don’t tell lies. Playing dead doesn’t count, of course. But there’s an exception: they would lie about their condition.

Most pets hate to see a vet just like children don’t like doctors. Therefore, when their owners notice there’s something wrong and ask them about it, they would say they’re fine to keep themselves away from the pet clinic. Our advice is that, if you find something’s wrong with your pets, bring them to the vets and have them checked.

Two cute Malteses were brought to Miss Dolito. The owners noticed the pets didn’t feel well, and were planning to take them to a vet. But they’re not sure where the problems were; was it the heart or the trachea? They wanted to know it so that they could tell the vet what their problems were.

But the two cuties wouldn’t talk, which made the owners’ anxiety grow.

After a while, Candy, one of the Malteses, spoke finally.

“We don’t want to see a vet. You kept telling us to tell you what our problems are. No. We won’t talk.” said Candy.

Well, the owners could only have them examined thoroughly to find out their health problems.
