Dolito’s pets talk: Black & White

on April 25, 2012

This is the cat Renee (Miss Dolito’s daughter) adopted, named Xiao-Shin-Shin. Xiao-Shin-Shin lives in Miss Dolito’s office and everyone who works here likes her very much.

The night before Miss Dolito went to Hong Kong on business, she went in the office to see Xiao-Shin-Shin. Xiao-Shin-Shin couldn’t stop meowing to get Miss Dolito’s attention, and asked Miss Dolito to hug her.

While Miss Dolito held Xiao-Shin-Shin in her arms, Mar came and played with Xiao-Shin-Shin together. (Remember Mar? The one who taught Kuli the poodle a lot of dirty words. lol)

It was so hot that Mar took off the jacket and put on short pants and short sleeve shirt. Xiao-Shin-Shin looked at Mar, at his arms and then at his legs as if she had discovered a new continent.

Xiao-Shin-Shin asked Mar, “Why are you so dark? You’re black! I’m white; I’m very bright! How can I make you brighter?” (Needless to say, it NOTHING about race.)

Mar just didn’t know how to react.

In pets’ world, the strong contrast between black and white can sometimes shock them much. And Xiao-Shin-Shin is still trying to figure out how to help Mar to become white. 😉

How wonderful that you have such a healer in the office! Animals can do so much to help us that most people don’t know about. Thanks for sharing this.
